Der Pool ist sehr klein und es gibt kaum Liegen oder Stühle.

Wir waren vom 10.08. bis 14.08.25 dort. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, besonders erwähnen möchte ich Frau VY, sie war sehr nett und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Die Zimmer sind tadellos sauber. Die Bettwäsche ist schneeweiß. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich und gründlich. Das Frühstück war typisch asiatisch, jeder findet etwas für sich. Es hat uns besser gefallen als letztes Jahr in Thailand. Das Hotel liegt in zweiter Linie, was ein großer Vorteil ist, da man nachts den Straßenlärm nicht hört. Das Meer ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Strandtücher bekommt man im Hotel kostenlos, es gibt keine Sonnenliegen am Strand, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, unter einer Palme ist es noch romantischer. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt. Im 30. Stock gibt es einen Swimmingpool und ein Fitnessstudio. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit, dorthin zu gehen, aber die Aussicht auf die Stadt ist fantastisch. Auf jeden Fall werden wir, wenn wir wieder hierher kommen, dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter für die gute Arbeit. Leute - Ihr seid klasse!!! Zimmer 1906

Приветливый персонал — консьержи молодые люди. Чисто, отличное расположение, неплохие завтраки, но за 11 дней уже поднадоели.

То что при выезде всегда пытаются содрать деньги с посетителей, откровенно обманывая. Это прям портит все впечатление об отдыхе и отеле в конце. В принципе ресепшен не дружелюбный. Отсутствие кондиционирования в лифтах и коридорах, короткий режим работы бассейна до 18, хотя везде указано до 9.

New hotel. Good Wi-Fi. Convenient location near cafes and restaurants. Breakfast staff tries to promptly resolve issues.

Frequent elevator breakdowns; ceiling tile fell in the dining area. Monotonous breakfasts; dishes and cups periodically run out. Only one key card per room. Few hangers and no bath towels. Cleaning service is performed late. Beach lacks basic amenities (no showers, toilets, or foot-washing facilities), about a 7-minute walk away.

-Stay: good, comfortable, restroom was not so clean (with mosses) but other than that it was nice -Check-in: it was odd situation with too many people coming in, but still, I was told to sit and wait, and they totally forgot about us and proceed with other people, I had to go back to them reminding I was there, I didn't even get welcome drink everyone else had -Check-out: very well served, not like checking in, thank you -Other issues: asked about ice bucket, reception told me I can order 5AM by phone call, I called, they told me I can only have them at 7AM when I'm already out. Very dissapointed. -Pool: not big, but it was nice to chill.
