The only thing good about this hotel was the location.

It is definitely not a 5* hotel, I would give it barely 2*. The reasons for my rating is as below: 1- there was a dead bug on my pillow when I checked in as well as a huge spider web on the wall and it seemed like they hadn’t cleaned the room in ages. 2- the staff are very very rude. When I showed them the pillow with the bug, instead of giving me a solution they were being defensive. 3- the wifi was not working for 3 days and every time we would call the reception they would say that they have a problem and it will be fixed in 30 minutes. 4- they sent us a letter threatening to make us pay for an extra guest just because our friend was waiting for us to get ready in our room. 5- they threatened to call the police on us when we were trying to discuss the threat letter. This hotel is absolute rubbish.

Отель новый, чистый. Проживают русские, казахи, китайцы, корейцы Персонал очень дружелюбный, говорят по английски Завтрак ооочень классный На ресепшене решали все возникающие вопросы быстро и четко 👌 Бассейн без подогрева. В баре вкусно и не очень дорого Рекомендую всем!

The breakfast was at the level of a three-star hotel.

Номер бронировали на 10 ночей. Заплатили около 30 тыс. Рублей. Номер большой, панорамное окно на город. Очень красивый вид из окна. Видно горы.Интерьер современный. Чисто. Нет никаких муравьев. Есть балкон. Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная. При выезде, отель вызвал такси до аэропорта по выгодной цене и подарили презент - два шелковых нашейных платочка .
