Villa Julito, Kiwengwa

The service was very good Adriana and Carlos was amazing always there to help us around and direct us where to be going on our trip

Everything was good

Firstly the location, villa Julito is situated in the outskirts of Kiwenga, its perfect as its not far from town but also allows you to rest and relax after a long day, the vIlla is very well equipped, self cooking is a plus here as just like we did, even in the best hotels its nice to be able to cook for yourself a meal. The jacuzzi is very nice too, allows you to cool down after a hot day in the beach! Adriana and Carlos are superb Hosts, they will answer all your questions and will not hesitate to show you the local area recommending many of the restaurants. They both have a lot of connections to surrounding businesses and will for sure guide you in the most suitable way. Cannot recommend more this place!

I loved every thing about the property

Adriana and Carlos are great hosts, always ensuring you have everything you need. Felister prepares a great breakfast of your choice and Donard makes sure the pool is crystal clean each day. The property has excellent security, close to beach, and has everything you need.

After spending a week in an apartment in Stone Town, we arrived at Villa Julito — and from the very first moment, I thought: why didn’t we book all our nights here? The villa is absolutely amazing: super clean, spacious, and completely free of mosquitoes or other insects inside. With two kids, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy both the home and its surroundings. The location is ideal, just a short walk from a stunning beach with a sandbank. A heartfelt thank you to Adriana and Carlos, our wonderful hosts. They were there for us every single day with genuine care and countless helpful tips. We also truly appreciated Felister’s delicious breakfasts and Donard’s help around the house. The entire team made us feel right at home and completely at ease. The villa is part of a secure, gated complex with 24/7 security — so if peace of mind is important to you, this is the place to be. On top of that, both the garden and the pool are beautifully maintained. In short: I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Julito. Skipping this place would be a real mistake — you don’t know what you’re missing!

Everything about the stay was exceptional. From booking, Adriana communicated and recommended places to go and excursions. The photos don't do justoce to the place. Very beautiful in quite nice location, short walk from the beach and local shops. There is a poo, to cool down and jacuzzi. This is the place to stay if you want to enjoy your vacation.

Nothing, I did not have any issues

Everything was amazing and met our expectations. Adriana and her husband Carlos were very helpful and took care of us during the whole period of our trip. I really recommend this location for your vacations in Zanzibar. The activities and the restaurants around the location was amazing too. It’s highly recommended to try the local Sawahili food there. I really recommend minimum three nights in this location. Our trip was only two nights.

First of all we want to thank Adriana and Carlos a lot. Both made our stay fantastic. They were so helpful and always there when we needed something. We both never experienced such a service. The accommodation is located in a gated community which has security, gardeners and cleaners, which makes your stay very safe and the staff is really friendly and helpful too. The Villa has everything what you need for your holidays. The spacious pool was very nice for swimming or even in the dark it was amazing because of the lights. The breakfast was also great we had different breakfasts like pancakes, various local fruits and avocado toasts which was delicious. In general we haven’t had any issues with the electricity it went out sometimes in the night but it went straight on again. As well the WiFi worked perfectly for us. The Location has a chilled vibe, the beach is just a 5 minutes walk away and you are able to walk to the sandbank. You also have amazing food spots around which were recommended to us by Adriana and Carlos. Overall we were so happy with our stay and we are 100% recommending this villa and would love to come back. :) Lisa & Luis
