Good problem

Hotel did not allow me to stay and said there is no booking. They are big cheaters. When I asked the reception to connect to hotel owner, even owner did not help and simply denied any booking. Imagine I travelled all the way from Melbourne and got chocked to hear that I can’t stay. I ended up paying 4 times for one night in hotel. Booking.com customer support is worst. I am thinking of leaving this site and book through someone else like Agoda.

Very bad don't come here they are cancelled my booking through booking.com and asking for three three times money.manager and staffs are very nonsence.we reached there at night 11.00 and confirm them before the timing but they couldn't not process the booking through booking.com and asking for three times money.its basically OYO property.

Nothing, we had confirmed booking and they canceled it in my face, saying no rooms. Infact they had one room for us and they charged extra from other group and gave it to them. Plus he was too proud to say that

There is nothing to like about this hotel very bad in terms of location and cleanliness.

Rooms were very small ,not cleaned at all you can see lot of insects moving around and every day morning 8 to 10 electricity problem.

The room was cozy and staff was helpful.
