D2303 Magnolia Stay Near KUL Airport, highspeed wi5

I chose this property because it is near to airport, offers privacy and the check in process is easy. I am satisfied with that.

I am not satisfied with the property owner because there were some small fabric fibers that I didn’t have time to clean from the carpet, and they claimed it was a stain that could not be removed. The photo they provided was taken before they even tried to clean it, yet they still said it couldn’t be cleaned. They said they would deduct my deposit to buy a new carpet, even though the carpet was already worn out. I am very disappointed with the owner’s attitude.

As pictured. Clean and Secure. We arrived late and left early.

The location is good close to the airport, safe with security, close to restaurants and shops. Check in and out process easy. Good communication with host.

The place was very unclean, bathroom and kitchen and laundry unhygienic. Bathroom had mold stains and dirt Pillows need covers and replacing as has stains. Did not provide enough towels for us as a family. Toilet paper was very cheap and thin. The kitchen bench and cupboards were full of clutter and filthy. Cutlery and plates were very random and no bowls. . Especially travelling with an infant made all of this a very stressful and bad experience.
