Ottima struttura dotata di tutti i comfort, posizione fantastica in un attimo a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Palermo o la zona nuova del porto con locali ecc.

The host was very pleasant - greeted us, showed us how everything was working, gave us recommendations for dinner, and where to get groceries. The apartments have only a code, which is nice as there is zero possibility of losing the keys. Everything was new, there were plenty of utensils in the kitchen, even a coffee machine, toaster and blender. In the kitchen, there was salt, sugar, dried basil, pepper and garlic granules as staples. Also, the kitchen had dish soap and a sponge. The Wi-Fi and AC were both working great. The apartments also had a broom and even an umbrella for the beach. The location was ok - city centre around 10 mins, grocery shop 5-7 mins, train station 20 mins on foot.

There could be a bin in the bathroom and a small table near the bed to put a phone or other small personal items when going to sleep. The main beach you can reach without a car in Palermo is Mondello beach. From this location, it is around an 1 hour drive by bus. It was a bit unpleasant to walk in the night alone (as only participants who were travelling were young women).

Hermoso apartamento, muy moderno, todo nuevo. Cocina completa, baño amplio, 2 aires acondicionados. Nos quedamos 4 días y tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Para ir al centro se puede caminar 20 min o ir en bus o alquilar monopatin en la calle. Muy recomendado

Monolocale nuovo di zecca fornito di tutto il necessario. Proprietario gentilissimo e attento ai clienti. Struttura vicinissima al centro con parcheggio comodo in strada a costo zero. Consigliatissima!

We stayed in the accommodation for a week and everything was fine. The apartment was super well equipped, beautiful and modern. Two air conditioners were a big advantage. The photos are completely true to reality. Communication with the owner was absolutely perfect, he answered messages immediately and was very friendly. P.S. there are two beach umbrellas outside the door, so don't be like us and don't notice them until the last day of your stay😂

Everything was new and fully working. Despite Palermo being a loud city, the zone is quiet and had no outside noises during the night, despite being quite close to palermo's main points of interest. Our host was very friendly and ready to help us with our needs. I highly recommend this place.
