Very well appointed, cosy and bed was very comfortable after a 5 hour drive from Fox glacier.
Nothing although you can hear the owners in their property they keep it to a minimum and do advise in the documentation

I've travelled a lot around NZ but I have never been given so many amenities. Absolutely lovely place, a little out of town but there is a lovely bar/restaurant 7 minute walk from the property. I would stay there again

It is a separate entrance cottage house, neat , clean and well maintained with very comfortable beds and a first class toilet. It’s a perfect place to spend a few days of your holiday.
