The area was right where we wanted to be. The area was quiet and felt safe. The house was cosy and had everything we needed. The house was lovely and clean. Although there were no issues, when making initial contact with the host they were very responsive, this filled me with confidence that should there have been any issues the host will have addressed it quickly.

N/A - I have nothing negative to say. The property exceeded our expectations.

Super modern clean comfortable interior

The top of the stairs was extremely dangerous where the bedrooms are up a step to access, the dark carpet made it very hard to see the step, there should have been another lighter colour mat or somethingto help awareness. I put the pink sheepskin runner down so none of us fell again. I fell and really injured my foot immediately on arrival, it meant I really struggled walking for 4 weeks after and was in a lot of pain. The injury ruined my 2 week family holiday in Wales

The house was fantasticl and the location was perfect for our visit to Chester Zoo (10 mins away). There were plenty of local facilities with local shops and larger supermarkets just a few minutes away. Highfield was beautiful and really well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable & we all had a really good night's sleep. If you are thinking of staying here, go ahead it's really very, very good and you will not be disappointed!

It was just about perfect.

"Lovely couple of days very near Chester city centre"

Great location for exploring Chester. The house is immaculate - beautiful bathroom, spacious kitchen and great sized lounge. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Nice outside space to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Despite being near a busy road, it was very quiet inside the house and we slept really well. Driveway parking was a bonus.
