"we enjoyed our stay and would certainly re book if we visit Sedgefield again"

we didn't have breakfast. Everything we needed was available. the location was perfect, ideal from a walking point of view. we also liked the fact that there were no steps to climb.

An electric gate would be great

We loved everything about the house , the location was just perfect , peaceful , kids enjoyed swimming at the lake , fishing and boating was a blast, the hosts really went out of their way to make sure that everything that we needed was there. The most important thing for us was the safety , we allowed the kids to go off on their own without having to worry , the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and locals were very friendly and welcoming Amazing holiday home, we will definitely be back

Nothing to not like , we had peace and quiet for the whole week , the farmers market was an added bonus

The location is perfect. Open your door and walk out to the water. Although this property is older it is very comfortable and has everything you need , and is the perfect holiday home for a relaxing , wholesome holiday. The kids spent their days swimming in the lagoon , playing cricket in the garden and riding their bikes. And slept very well !! There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and a great little outdoor space for hanging washing and rinsing sandy toys etc. which is great for a family. Host and staff were very efficient , friendly and helpful
