I was unable to check in due to the host’s failure to provide the necessary endorsement letter to the Property Management. Despite my repeated attempts to contact both the host and Booking customer support, I received no timely assistance, and as a result, I was not able to access the property. This situation caused significant inconvenience, and I had no choice but to seek alternative accommodation. I requested a refund, but it remains pending with no clear update.
PHI paid full for the accomodation but when we got to the place it was not available, we were told that the owner was no longer renting the place and we did not receive any compensation fro booking.com! Very disappointing! My hard earned money gone to waste!

SCAM. I been a fan of Booking.com but I never expected that a fake partner can penetrate your system. I paid but I was not able to use the room and my booking reservation. PLEASE HAVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY REFUNDED!!!
