Overall standard of the place, well equipped, beautifully clean. Restaurant was more than adequate.

The door to the balcony didn't have a curtain...weird, as it means you don't get anything like a good blackout. Easily fixed I guess!

I really enjoyed the property—it’s new, with a fantastic, convenient location. The rooms were just right, and the host made sure all my requests were taken care of. Although I didn’t get a chance to meet Mr. Zulfi, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of during my stay..

I stayed with my mother at this place for a night only and I think its one of the best places to stay in Kargil. The staff were very courteous and friendly from the very first moment. I had requested a river side room and even if it was on short notice , we got it. The view from the room with river flowing by the side was splendid . Just beside the accommodation less than 100m away is very nice decorated park where one can go to chill. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kargil. The combination of a great location( beside the river) and outstanding service by the staff makes it a fantastic choice!

The entry to the hotel is via an underground parking area which was a bit uncalled for. Not a big problem but for older people it might be an issue. The accommodation kind of insists you to write them a review. I've received multiple calls and texts asking me to do the same.The property itself is really good and I think its not necessary to ask people multiple times for a review.

Had an amazing stay at The Haven. The management and the staff were very helpful. They were polite and catered to all our requests. The rooms were very neat and clean. Food was really good. If you are in Kargil, you must stay here. The owner was super sweet and even offered is car and driver to help us get to a location.
