"Largely suitable for our needs."

The location worked well for us being about 15/20 minutes walk to central Funchal where the major shops and supermarkets are and up only a couple of short steep streets. ( Funchal is quite hilly!) The walk along the promenade front is pleasant and their are loads of tourist restaurants on the way.

On a few nights the local bar played loud rock music until between 11pm and midnight. Also we were there 14 nights with no change of bedding offered, no potential for drying sheets adequately if we washed them ourself and no cleaning. Maybe we should have asked! The refuse disposal arrangements were confused with two different sets of instruction, one via text the other in the handbook.

The apartment has an incredible view - perfect for a glass of wine to watch the sunset or a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. The apartment is fully kitted out with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Will definitely book again. Thank you.

Can be a bit noisy - but in a way, it echoes the spirit of Funchal.

"Trés bon sejour pour visiter la ville de Funchal et ses environs."

Situation ideale pour visiter Funchal Possibilité de parking proche du logement Location très propre et trés bien aménagée.

L'absence de climatisation dans le logement oblige a ouvrir les fenetres du logement mais ceci est problematique par moment car le logement est situé dans une rue avec une circulation non négligeable. L'installation de la clim serait un avantage précieux pour la location.
