Al hacer el check-in el código de la puerta no funcionaba. No había nadie por alli. Estaba algo sucio debajo de la cama. Hay que subir una cuesta para llegar al apartamento. Nos avisaron 2 días antes de las indicaciones del check-out.

The door code given was factually incorrect and it took multiple attempts to eventually get the correct code for the main building door.

The power tripped out one morning with just the oven on low, kettle on and one of the hobs. No idea how to reset it. We left for the day and only then noticed that the power cut had cut power to the apartment door entry keypad, meaning that we were locked out. Reported to Guest Ready at 0911. On return at 1615 NOTHING had been done to gain access. It then took a series of increasingly frustrating phone calls and messages to Guest Ready to get a Locksmith out to open the door, which they did at 1930 by breaking in. We sat on the stone steps for 3 hours while this was happening. The locksmith managed to reset the electrics. No sign of the promised Maintenance Team as the issue had been "reported to them". Very poor service from Guest Ready and I would advise never to use. No corkscrew or bottle opener. Nice welcome pack with some coffee pods and essentials.
