Caravan under the tree, Seton Sands

Would recommend. Caravan was really lovely and clean and in a good location. Lots of books, games and well equipped kitchen. Towels, bedding, toilet roll etc all provided which is a real bonus these days. The park itself is in a lovely location too, right on the beach. The buses run regularly from the park to Edinburgh which was very handy and good value for money.

The only downside was that a lot of the crockery, cutlery and glassware were filthy (I assume this was due to previous occupants so not really a reflection on the owner) . If you like ice in your drinks then you need to bring an ice-tray as there was none in the fridge/freezer. Also the caravan park is run by Haven which means you have to download an app and pay quite a bit extra for the entertainment/swimming etc. We couldn't have got it anyway though - as the swimming was apparently booked up weeks in advance. Pretty disappointing - but again not a reflection on the property itself which was overall great.

The caravan is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Would highly recommend and would definetely return

The caravan is located in a quite part of the holiday park. The owner was very helpful and responsive to my queries. The caravan was also clean and comfortable. I will stay there again.

Casetta prefabbricata molto confortevole con cucina completa, TV, due bagni, piccola terrazza, spazio per mangiare all'estero. Tutto pulito ed in ottimo stato.

Ci vuole un po' di tempo per arrivare a Edimburgo.

Caravan located in a quiet area of caravan park. Lovey to have linen and towels provided and beds made up on arrival. My son loved the variety of toys and games at the caravan and it was well stocked with essentials to use while we were there. Magdalena was engaging and messaged all information over for our stay and checked in to make sure we arrived and had everything we needed. A lovely stay, thank you ☺️

- Very clean cabin - Great location - Spacious living area - Good kitchenette - Easy access with good instructions - Very friendly host

Two things not related to the cabin itself; - Aweful system with the activitypasses and not being able to just pay for a visit to the pool or something. Very user-unfriendly unless you want to stay on the park for at least a week and not do anything other than sit at the cabin. (Also can’t get the app unless you’re from the uk) - Also all the trailers are just so close to eachother. One thing related to the cabin; - Beds were not great.
