NZWhat an amazing property. The view is stunning. We loved having some height to see the beach, and only a short flight of steps down to it. Stunning views of Kāpiti Island. Wonderful modern apartment with all the right things, and glass doors to open the space up and enjoy the breeze and birds.

GBVery attractive, clean, bright, comfortable apartment in quiet location with sunny deck and superb views across to Kapiti Island. Nice bed linen and towels. Michael was an exceptionally helpful host.

USLoved the location, waking up and seeing across to Kapiti Island, looking out directly over the ocean and the waves. The apartment was very well set up, peaceful and comfy.
Would have liked a thicker mattress protector, found mattress a bit hard.
NZNZGorgeous, clean, comfortable. I loved the pathway down to the beach and having plenty of towels! Thanks Michael for a wonderful weekend.
The fan couldn't turn off but if you close the doors you can't hear it. :)
