Extremely convenient to city centre

All was good - can’t complain

It was clean except for mildew and mould at the bottom of the shower curtain, paint coming off the walls and bathroom basin not emptying

Where do I start. The location is advised against as per NI tourism board and many others. It is off the Shankill. Still an area of deprivation and high political tensions. The “rare outside patio” is approx 3 metres square with 12 foot high walls on all 4 sides, dark and dank and grubby. No working cooker. Damp on all the downstairs walls. It was so bad we left after one night and found accommodation in a hotel. We paid an extra £15 for“ early check in” then the poor cleaner was nit informed so when we turned up she was still changing beds etc. The keycode we were given was incorrect meaning that we then needed to return to the property to drop off the keys later the next day. Shocking!

It was close to town and could park close by. Loved it could bring our pets.

Iron didn't work, paint in bathroom flaking off, few cobwebs and dust but nothing major

Walking distance to the city centre. Could park the car in the street free of charge Had Netflix. Beds were comfortable Generally clean Quiet area Was secure Host was very very responsive to our messages

1. Heating was not working our first night, so it was very cold. However, host was prompt to get it fixed next morning. 2. Dryer was full of clean bed linen, obviously not emptied from the previous booking 3. There’s an issue with the plumbing in the bathroom as there was an unpleasant smell emanating the entire time we were there. 4. Fridge was at first has a fishy smell, but it went overnight, as I think the fridge door had been closed when it had been turned off. 5. Freezer compartment was completed frosted over.

Great location. Free parking on street.

Needs a little bit of love and TLC. Towels were in tumble dryer when we arrived.

No patio as in the description ...hard to park at whole area has yellow lines...I parked in private car park elsewhere

Location was amazing. Only 5-10 minute walk into Belfast centre.

The toilet being downstairs wasn’t very convenient, especially through the night. The bed in the room to the left at the top of the stairs was very squeaky.
