연박예약을 하였는데 어이없게 대실하는 곳이라고 추가결제를 요구하였으나 항의하자 추가결제는 받지않음

Very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were super friendly, and the beautifully scented bathroom toiletries were a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

고급 다기도 준비되어 있고 청결하고 스타일러까지 ...♡다기를 이용 못 하고 온게 아쉽네요.히노끼탕 없는 곳에 묶어서 아쉽다.

지하라서 좀 답답했고 지하만 계단이용해서 엄마가 힘들어 하심.어메니티가 없어서 당황.그래도 치약 요구하니 주셨어요.가장 큰 단점은 주차가 어렵다는 점.

Staff were so helpful and kind. I reserved the wrong room type, but they swiftly helped me get the room I wanted. Very modern building and rooms. I've stayed at ryokan hotels in Japan, and they've really captured the same aesthetic and vibe here. The room itself was outstanding. Huge bathroom with a hinoki wooden bath. My wife and I really enjoyed soaking in there. The bed was really comfortable as well. The hotel itself was really quiet, and we didn't hear any other guests even though it was fully booked. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. I will be back and I highly recommend this hotel to others.
