La localisation était parfaite. C’était silencieux. Pour notre groupe de 8 c’était parfait d’avoir l’espace commun. Le prix est très bon pour ce qu’on a.

Il manque de matériel pour cuisiner, pour laver la vaisselle et des tapis de bain. Ils font le ménage dans les escaliers avec un solvant qui a une odeur horrible. Parfois il n’y a personne à la réception.

Acogedor, es un departamento. Tiene cocina, 4 cuartos con camas amplias. Cuenta con una mesa de billar para pasar el rato y una pequeña sala con TV.

No le encontré inconvenientes durante mi estancia.

Angela is an absolute angel. She accommodated us and helped with everything we needed. The place was comfortable and well worth the price. It is probably one of the only places with hot water and trust me, that’s an impossible task in Cusco. Overall, great location and great host. If I ever come back, I’m looking for this place again. ❤️

Overall this is a nice hostel. However as it seems to be targeted for a specific ethnicity, I would have appreciated it if this fact was mentioned in general information. As I would like to stay in the hostels with more culture of the country that I am traveling to rather than only Hebrew culture.

Location

This place is very basic, you get a bed, a towel and toilet paper, that’s it. There were hairs in the pillow cases. Check-in was an absolute mess. We got there and we were given the keys, no internet access and also we were not charged for the room. We thought we were going to be charged from the credit card. Later that night we got a message from the owner asking us to leave cash in the room (we were staying one night), we requested to pay by card but she said there was no one to use the machine until late next day(there is no one in reception after 6pm). Since we were leaving next day at early times, she then ask us to return to her hotel to pay when we were back to Cusco, which was quiet the hassle since when we were back we had to take a taxi to that area which we didn’t intent to go back to. When we were there she was trying to charge us with 18% Peruvian VAT(we are not Peruvians, foreigners don’t pay this tax!). She then add a whopping 7% to our bill claiming was a bank charge for using credit card. We thought was too much, since we had travel around Peru and never encounter such a high additional fee for credit card use. Worst part was that this was never mentioned in booking, so this is a rather unpleasant hidden charges that we were not expecting.

The bed was super comfy and warm, the room was very large with a big toilet. Everything is extremely clean. Easy Check-in and Check-out Angela was very nice and helpful. The location was very convenient. 100% recommended

Not a big deal but maybe adding a microwave to the kitchen would be nice...
