Lovely apartment with a Massive TV. Fully equipped kitchen with a working oven. Lovely crockery. Lovely complex that is surprisingly quiet. Within walking distance to a restaurant within the complex. The host let us check out a bit late after I made the request.

We had big issues with access codes during our visit which kinda ruined the experience. Yes the host apologized deeply and I appreciate that, but the situation was so bad that at some point I was stuck at the complex entrance for a long time trying to obtain access codes to get in. The wifi was also off at some point and the host had to intervene. I'd like to believe these are not the norm but I unfortunately experienced them. The coach leg, which has been mentioned in previous comments. The throw on the bed wasn't fully clean.

The host was unresponsive from the moment I booked until an hour to checkin when they approved my checkin time only to cancel on my booking 15 minutes to checkin and say they were robbed. I was surprised and incovenienced but things happen so I agreed to cancel when they asked me to do so and was expecting my full refund but they never approved my full refund and are not responding to mine nor Booking.com's messages asking them to do so. They are not reliable at all, you WILL get stranded banking on this host and you WILL be met with unanswered calls and ignored messages when you try to get your refund back.

The room was nice and the pictures showed just what I got.. But the second bedroom needs an upgrade the bed is broken and the sofa seemed dirty but overall it was a good stay.

There was no heater and it's apartment was very cold and the host was not responsive.. We couldn't watch the TV from checking in to checking out, I had told her about the wifi not being connected to TV on Saturday morning and they only responded the following day when I was checking out. And it was a struggle for us to check as there was no communication about the access codes when we had to live but overall.. It was good value for money though the host could literally do better with communication

The facilities that they have are amazing, they catered to our tastes, it was exceptionally clean as well, it is also maintained well

Just that the second bedroom it's bed was broken it would be better after that.
