Only stayed for one night to catch a flight at Mactan airport, so it was good for that .

The place was extremely hot when I first arrived above 36 deg. AC is only placed in the bedroom so it took more than three hours to cool down the place to a manageable 26-27. Another thing is the pool, apparently you need to make an appointment for the pool as only people from one unit can use it at the same time. Really strange...
