The bed and room setup

The noise you can hear everything.No privacy...the hallway smell. The staff. I couldn't check in when I got there because apparently they couldn't use the Booking virtual card. When I called Booking customer service kept hanging up on me. Staff had an Attitude

Great location, great staff

Room was not cleaned, toilet was clogged, noise, people smoking in front of entrance smoking

handicap Bathroom was to die for, hot water continuous, very clean, only thing that wasn't good was the lumpy mattress but somehow I still slept ok.

I ppl next to me didn’t let me sleep fighting all night the next day a fire we when out side got lock out nut room a waste of my money I want a peace weekend

There was no breakfast, not much to like other than the location.

The staff person at the front desk was not very nice. She was loudly complaining to another staff member in another office about her not having any help. Thecommon area floors were filthy the room was not cleaned there was left over food in the refrigerator and the microwave was dirty. The fire alarm went off at midnight and we were outside for an hour. The staff never asked how the stay was or made any apologies for the facility when checking out
