Willes Road City House

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the property due to the host being unreachable. We tried contacting the managing company, Travelnest, twice earlier in the day and while they were helpful, they were also unable to reach the host. The phone number provided for the host was incorrect. After arriving at the 15:00 check-in time and waiting around 30 minutes, we were told we could no longer stay and would be relocated, but no relocation was arranged. We had to find alternative accommodation ourselves. The listing was also misleading about parking, which was roadside rather than a designated space, and there were large piles of rubbish in the street next to the property. Overall a frustrating experience, although Travelnest did try to assist.
