Good location in Siena

The Airbnb host was rude and unfriendly when we met him. On the page it stated there was parking at the premises which was untrue. We were then directed by the host to a parking lot that we couldn’t park at as we didn’t have local parking permits. He was annoyed that we were a bit late because of this even though he told us to go there. The only other option we were given was to park in a garage with a vale service which cost us 35 euros just for one night. The flat itself wasn’t very well equipped - it didn’t even have any shower gel which we had to go out and buy.

The location was perfect. Only 7-8 minutes from the main square. It was also possible to find parking nearby for free. The host was very nice and helped us with sorrounding palces to visit and eat. We also required an iron and he was very kind to bring one. The room was very clean and had all facilities needed.Also the building was quiet. Totally recommended

New refurbished appartament and very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. We reste very well thanks to the modern cooling system and the silence of the area.Very important is near to the city center ! Free coffee ready for the morning and WiFi.

Very satisfied with everything, but I would have appreciated it at 100% if there was dust on the floor. For the rest nothing to complain about.

Very clean and very cozy, in the calm city area, close to the shop and close to the city center and very well equipped - kitchen, coffee machine, etc...
