Location is great, especially for a short stay where you want to walk everywhere. The bed was very comfortable.

You're staying below the hosts who have two small children and it is impossible to sleep past 7 am (some mornings past 5:30). I do not expect to pay $500/night and be woken up early and rudely while on vacation. Parking is not onsite - you receive a guest pass for street parking, which was 2-5 blocks away. If you don't have a dog you will be bothered by the dog hair and section of concrete floor (missing floorboards that are covered with rugs but still easy to trip on). They have set up the kitchen with the intention that you are not doing any food prep, so expect to eat all meals (including breakfast) out. It's on par with a hotel room (microwave and a junior fridge). I stayed 10 nights and was left with half a roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, and low amounts of soap. There is no a/c in the bedroom and the airflow from the living room doesn't cool the bedroom. Definitely not worth the price they are asking, even in high season.
