The house did nt have enough plates for cooking and for earing( dishes and other)

The management and house owner showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for guest satisfaction. The property only had one key box shared between two houses, compromising security, which I was uncomfortable with. When I refused to share the key for the safety of my room, I was told to hand it to reception. One night, the reception staff misplaced the key, and when I requested access to my room because I was exhausted, they accused me of not returning the key. It wasn't until we reviewed the CCTV footage that they realized it was their mistake. I contacted the owner to request a spare key, but she was unhelpful, claiming it was late and she couldn’t do anything. She also admitted that the cleaner had the key but instructed the cleaner not to answer my calls. To make matters worse, the owner ignored my attempts to reach her and even turned off her phone, leaving me to spend the night at reception. The next morning, I was given the key, but the staff tried to lie about who returned it, refusing to show the CCTV footage. A manager briefly intervened but did not provide a solution, and the person who misplaced the key eventually apologized, admitting they had forgotten it in their pocket as they were leaving their job. Despite the house being beautiful, the owner's poor communication, lack of customer care, and disrespectful attitude were unacceptable. She treats guests with suspicion and doesn't engage directly with clients, creating a negative experience. The entire situation reflected poor management, a lack of humanity, and discriminatory behavior.
