"Worst decision to book this hotel. The hotel is like a horror room and icu compartment."

Staff behaviour is polite but didn't provide the facility.
Not even room clean. Not providing a guyser rather than giving a guyser give a heater to warm the water. This type of facility can't expect us to have to cancel the one room and mattress given by the hotel is the worst I have never seen this kind of mattress in my life. Due to some emergency we have to stop at this hotel or else we cancel the hotel this kind of all loophole they told after payment done.

Location is good
Very bad experience. No intercom to contact reception, Door lock not working, Toilet flush not working, No Towel and soap in wash room, No TV, No generator, Power went out for 3 hours in night, No almirah for keeping cloths. Asking for more money than told at the time of booking.
