Uma Swari Villa Sidemen

The villa was large and spacious with a large bedroom, lounge area and full kitchen. The yard has a deep round small pool with views over the river which is absolutely stunning. I couldn't fault the location, it is breath taking, the staff were extremely polite and very quick to help. The bedroom lighting was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. All the rooms were spacious, the bathroom has good hot water. I loved listening to the sound of the river at night. I ordered room service a lot. The food from Nanna's (I think) up the road was consistently good.

The neighbouring villa was very close and the pool lacked privacy. The kitchen was always full of ants, flying ants, wasps and bees, especially at night. Nothing could be left out on the bench, I had to put sugar in the refrigerator. It would have been great to have any kind of bug spray or plug in wall diffuser but there wasn't anything, I have a bee allergy so I had to be extra careful. The bedroom lights also attracted flying ants at night and because of the large gaps in the ornate door, there was no way to keep them out.

Beautiful position on the river and 3 minute walk to the amazing rice terraces. Rooms and pool were clean and everything you will need. Good aircon, good shower and comfy beds. A fair walk up steep hills to get to the townwith numerous warungs ,and the Zen Spa is amazing. If you have a bike then no problem,

Firsly I feel beds should be made and rooms cleaned daily automatically rather than ask if you want them cleaned. Breakfasts are just ok. Food is brought in from a restaurant in town by motorbike wrapped on a plate with gladwrap and if you want some sauce,salt or pepper,their isn’t any.Not very appealing. Much better off going to one of the many beautiful restaurants in town

Uitzicht, goed personeel/service en restaurant

Lite sted som føles veldig privat. Koselig personale og kjempe god mat. Fin pool flott bad og go aircon.

Vi trodde vi fikk egen pool da det var litt misvisende på billeder. Vi likte egentlig at det lå ved elven men etter to nette ble det kjedelig og vi valgt å reise videre.

La vue est incroyable, le staff est très gentil et super serviable. Un vrai petit havre de paix

Malheureusement il y a bcp de vis à vis, les bungalows sont collé donc pas top en terme d’intimité

The villa is so lovey and the staff are very kind. They were always more than happy to assist with transport using their bikes to take us to different places and collect us afterwards. The villa was very clean and the facilities were all brilliant.

Only thing was that the location was a bit out of the way, but staff made up for this as they were great offering bike rides. This should be advertised more as this will definitely attract more people to book.

La seule chose négative c'est le bruit des scooters car très peu d'isolation dans la chambre
