"Do better you ratchet hood rats"

Booking.com ruined our 10 year wedding anniversary in the most sleeze way possible! Overselling rooms at the Embassy Suites Pigeon Forge which is still under construction. Made worse by the incompetent and downright scum staff that has been hired to open this hotel. Run the other way from both companies! Horrible. You should be shut down, actual scam artists.

Everything and anything. Every single person I interacted with was low level bottom feeding trash.
