Room fine and clean

The TV didn’t work. We rang and the girl said she’d get back to us. I could tell she wasn’t interested in helping and sure enough we heard nothing further. Having no one on site or bothered to help is an issue.

The property is in a very good location 15 mins away by walking from the train station. The room, the kitchen and the toilets were very clean. It was very warm as well.

The windows face a lively street so it was quite noisy to sleep at night. There’s no good isolations in the rooms so you could hear people walking in the corridor. The good thing was everybody became very quiet after around 22:30-23:00

It was a very cosy & clean accomodation!

The light in the kitchenette which stop every 15 seconds!

Posizione comoda sia per la stazione che per il centro. Il bagno e la cucina in comune erano molto puliti

Non c’era l’aria condizionata e non siamo riusciti a dormire per il caldo anche con la piccola finestra aperta che non aveva la zanzariera. Si sentivano molti rumori dal bar di sotto ed entrava l’odore della cucina. Inoltre il giorno prima dell’arrivo mi è stato chiesto un deposito di £100 che hanno detto che mi renderanno 5-6 giorni dopo il soggiorno

Great location, great value for money, very easy check in and check out, big rooms, clean, lovely to have the opportunity to make a cup of tea or coffee in the morning!

The beds were so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep. It was 6 of us split in 2 rooms, and all of us struggled. It's a real shame because the place is lovely otherwise, and I would have given a stellar review if it wasn't for the mattresses.

The kitchen was good.

It was too noisy at night.
