Owner is quite good by behaviour, but staff needs to be more educated.

The room which I booked two months earlier and confirmed personally by visiting there, that room was not available till evening on arrival. It was so disgusting as I was travelling with family. Due to No power back up in the Hotel, sufferred a lot lot whole night in 40 degree temperature, as power failure was there.

There is nothing to like in this hotel. Its a fraud. I booked it for my parents short stay and regretted it the moment they landed there.

I can guarantee that the positive reviews on this hotel are fake. The hotel is in a bad condition, the room was filthy and many things were broken. Despite paying for a luxury triple room - it was neither luxury nor decent. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast wasn't provided despite being included in the rate that we paid.
