Da ampliare e incrementare quantità e scelta dei prodotti per il self breakfast. Ad esempio aggiungere cialde caffè deca e piu prodotti dolci e salati del territorio.

We were looking for something Off the Beaten path with a kitchen and parking in this place really fit the bill we were surprised how wonderful the drive up to it was if you're in the area around Modena or Bologna then it's a great chance to enjoy the hills south west of Bologna

Amazing hosts, beautiful location, and a fully equipped room. A cozy and peaceful place, perfect for nature lovers.

It’s a beautiful property in a stunning location. It’s been restored to a very high standard and is very comfortable, clean and well presented. Couldn’t fault it. The couple looking after it were kindness itself. Helpful and friendly.

We had to drive to local restaurants. But if you stay in the countryside that’s often the case. Not a fault if the property. There are a couple you can walk to but they weren’t open the nights we were there.

Super-friendly and generous staff were knowledgeable about local hikes, restaurants etc… I felt the service to be top rate.
