The Little Dream House

We loved the Little Corn and also the Little Dream House. The fully-equipped kitchen, the spacious veranda and the green garden... You are surrounded by locals' houses and their animals. Dogs, hens, chicks, rabbits... It felt like the perfect Caribbean house. Don't forget to ask for a hammock if it's not already there. A real game-changer!

These weren't major problems for us, but just mentioning them in case they’re important for you to consider: - The house is 8-10 minute walk from the "center" of the town, which you'll do probably a few times in a day. - Get ready to be woken up by a loud cockcrow competition around 4 am. And they don't stop for the rest of the morning. But we got used to it after 2 days :)

The bungalow is well maintained, clean, very spacious & equipped with everything you need. The fans work good to keep you cool at night, the bed large & comfortable. The bathroom is a bit tight, although the shower nice & large. Windows are all screened so can be left open to enjoy the breeze. The neighbourhood is in a nice area, just behind one row of houses from the ocean view & a short few minutes to restaurants & shops. Rory & Letitia, the owners are a lovely couple. Rory supplied us with conversation, coconuts & his home made bread! He keeps the grounds in immaculate condition.

The bed isn't the most comfortable

Most perfect little place. Well equipped kitchen, Rory was a sweetheart, within walking distance from 'town' but far enough away for peace and quiet. Be aware on little corn electricity is not available from 6am until early afternoon - it's such a beautiful island you'll want to be out and about exploring anyway! I felt safe here alone as a solo female traveler.

Shower is cold but that's standard everywhere in Nicaragua - refreshing on a hot day! The only other thing I would have loved is a lamp by the bed

The house is charming, well-furnished, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook. The hosts are very kind and helpful. It truly lives up to its name! I would come back without any hesitation!

Very friendly, relaxed and helpful hosts, who are always reachable but also give you the space you need. We felt very welcome. The dreamhouse is spaceous and well maintained. The house itself is on a beautiful property with lots of soft, green grass and fruit trees. Two fans, good airflow. We loved it here!

Great little house that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great hosts, too!

Perfect bungalow that had everything I needed! A comfortable bed and a great hammock for relaxing in the garden. The property also has several mango trees with delicious fruit. The location is very central, you can quickly walk to the main village, diving, and several beaches. The owners were very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here!

This rental is exceptional. It is in a great location. It is spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are 2 powerful fans. The bed is superb. And the windows (which are screened) are plentiful and provide great airflow. There are trees around the house, which helps keep it cool as well. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and helpful too. I give it the highest recommendation.
