Anaya Inn and Restobar

Good location (from one point of view), 5 minutes walking from the alona beach. Hot water. Cheap with breakfast included. Staff is nice and helpful.

I know this is really not all fault of the place itself but because of those certain things I cannot give better rate… If you are not the person that stay outside until at least 2am and you would like to get some rest and sleep avoid this place. Hotel is on the opposite side to some extremely loud club which is blasting music until 2am. Absolutely no chances to get any sleep before that time due to zero acoustic insulation. You can literally feel bed and walls all vibrate. Plus loud street next to the hotel, plus super old ac in a room which is also loud af. During 2 nights there we almost didn’t get any sleep at all. Also not very clean and it has some bad smell coming from the bathroom.

It’s dirty and they didn’t bother to change the trash can from the previous guest and the toilet was dirty and the bed had a lot of ants

It's kinda dusty and the bed is small. Very slow the water from the shower. And there was a free wifi but its only accessible in the lobby.

the room is dirty, water pressure is low

The bedroom was clean enough, aside from the fact that there are dusts in some surfaces due to the ongoing renovations. (The bed, pillows etc. were okay and felt clean). The staff were nice and helpful throughout our stay. AC is also okay, although you need to wait for 1-2 hours to actually feel the cold.

Aside from the bedroom, everything else is untidy. The bathroom is also uncomfortable. The plumbing is okay, but you can smell a bit of rust in the water. The dining area at the 2nd floor looked like a warehouse due to the accumulated dust in every surface.

The location is near the tourist attraction. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assist us well.

No water, aircon were not working on the day we arrived. The ceiling have lots of holes. The food that were served were uncooked.
