Atención TOTALMENTE despersonalizada. Entregaron el apartamento dos horas tarde pues no estaba limpio y sin sábanas y ropa de baño limpios. Faltaba vajilla para el desayuno. No funcionaba la cafetera.

Acomodação perfeita!! Localização, conforto , limpeza .

Não gostei por ter recebido uma comunicação para que lavasse a louça usada e recolhesse o lixo! Já me é cobrada uma taxa de limpeza . E não gostei do horário de check in e check out .

The apartment was spacious, clean and in a fantastic location. Both the sofa bed and bed were extremely comfortable. The apartment was in a palatial building just above shops but there was no noise. The interior is luxurious and the doorman is very friendly. There is a good cafe just outside the door and just across the road a lovely cake inside galleria Santa Federico.

Although there were a few dishwasher tabs and toilet paper. No other basics were suppled at all. No oil, salt, pepper kitchen roll, sugar, coffee or even a tea towel. You will need to bring everything!

Het appartement is echt top! Goede airco, fijne en schone badkamer, een uitgebreide keuken. En een groot dakterras. De locatie is echt midden in het centrum, dus alles is op loopafstand. Omdat het appartement niet aan de straatkant ligt, heb je geen last van verkeersgeluiden.

This property is very well situated, close to the city’s center of shopping and entertainment.

The property, according to the people who manage it, wasn’t “ready” for guests to check in. We had to wait two and a half hours for someone to arrive and open the door. We were told to “go have a coffee” because “the neighborhood is beautiful”. When he finally arrived, he handed us the keys, told us where to put the garbage, took our city tax money, and left. The next morning they were asking us early what time we would be checking out.
