Modern apartment near the beach free parking

This is a well kept and lovely property.

Nothing I could think of, the road in can be precarious at night but that’s no fault to the property.

Loved the finish of the apartment. Really clean and very comfortable. Jo, the host couldn't have been more accomodating. If you want to see Reculver coast I highly recommend staying here. Everything has been put together with attention to detail and the shower is great. The extras of fans and WiFi extenders thought of ahead of guests staying prove that the host is very thoughtful and one step ahead of any possible problems that could occur. There is a lovely large skylight in the sitting room to sit and look at the stars of an evening or I would imagine watch the rain if visiting in the more unpredictable UK weather months.

Not really anything that would put me off booking again. Arriving late after a week's work exhausted on a Friday night. We couldn't get the smart TV to work but saying that Jo jumped to the rescue and told us to plug in the WiFi extender in the twin bedroom, which we did and this worked, no problem at all. Just make sure both extenders are plugged in and you'll have no problem. Maybe an info book with this in it would have been handy and stopped us bothering the poor host at 09:30 at night. If you go in very hot weather, as we did, be prepared for the skylight in the sitting room to make the soft sitting area unusable for a few hours in the day and for the lovely apartment to be extremely hot. Again however, fans are provided to help combat the problem. And if you're there to enjoy the coast you probably won't be in during those hours. Being in between a pub garden and a car park it is a little like being on show all of the time whilst in the apartment but there are blinds all round that you can keep closed for privacy as long as you don't need the doors open to help heat escape. We figured out that the front door is the best to leave open as there is no one on that side of the apartment.It might be better to have full fences on the pub garden side rather than slatted fences but again not a huge problem just me needing privacy when I'm away from home. Don't let these little points put you off! It's a lovely place, extremely clean, well finished and a great host so everything else is manageable.

The location is fantastic if you need to visit the area for any reason, from a function at the King Ethelbert venue to seaside solitude. The accommodation has luxurious touches and everything seemed generous.

A full-length mirror would be nice.
