Family condo near Lettuce Lake

I love the kitchen, living room, and the deck.

The second and last bedroom beds were hard. There was a chair broke on the deck and there wasn't any bathtubs.I would of like to have TV's in the room.

Our host is very accommodating and does well with communicating any issues. The unit is on the first floor of a quiet apartment community that houses college students. The unit supplied my family with our basic needs for a 4 nights stay. We loved that each room had its own bathroom and enjoyed sitting out on the enclosed patio. Great proximity to grocery store, Walmart, gym, and Busch Gardens. The pool area is clean and comfortable, but not meant for younger children if they aren't swimmers (shallowest area is about 4ft).

The only downside was that the apartment community does water conservation, so the water pressure is low, and sometimes, the toilets don't flush. For the number of people in my family (5) and the number of days (4 nights), I would've liked for availability of more towels and toilet paper/paper towels. Although the washer/dryer worked, we were supplied with only two laundry pods and washing towels inbtwn our stay wasn't feasible.

Nothing … host left wrong code and there was music playing within property.

The apartment is spacious. Hallway is cool. Bathrooms in each room. Affordable. Good parking, location and amenities.

The living room furniture n tv can use an upgrade to be more inviting for the whole family to gather in the living room area, but it was ok. We still enjoyed it and had a good time.

It was cheap and has potential to be very nice.

The apartment was not as nice as pictured. The pleather furniture was peeling and falling apart. Every time we sat on it pieces came off onto our clothes, the bathrooms had rusted faucets and were very outdated. The wood veneer sinks cabinets were also peeling. The second day we were there the apartment upstairs had a washer waterline burst while they had pulled it out for cleaning. They were unable to shut the water off and the water ended up flooding our apartment too. We called the facility management who sent maintenance to come evaluate. He finally shut the water off to the whole building and they told us we would be relocated. There was inches of water throughout the apartment and we were asked to wait outside. This happened around 11am, we didn’t receive another apartment until 1pm. We had to stand outside for 3 hours waiting. Finally another apartment was given, we got to that apartment and the AC was broken (which we didn’t realize until we got back late that evening at 10pm) I reached out to management again to let them know the AC was not working and appeared to be broken, she advised me since it was so late maintenance would not be coming to fix it. So we had to go the rest of the evening without AC in an 80 degree apartment. Finally, my mother in law went to the bathroom in one of the bathrooms at which point brown foul smelling water came back up when she flushed (after just urinating) as well as fecal matter. Again, the apparent clog could not be fixed until morning. The only plunger in the apartment was ripped in half. The second apartment didn’t have smoke detectors and smelled strongly of bleach and chemicals. Patio chairs were busted and broken. My mother in law almost fell when she sat in one because the back was broken off. No TVs in bedrooms, one small TV in the living room. There had been storms the night before we got there.

Access to the unit was super easy. The apartment is very spacious, I loved that each room had its own bathroom which was perfect for traveling in a big group, especially when it was time to get ready. Location was very close to the theme parks. Beds were cozy, air works perfectly to keep you cool in this florida heat. Pool and gym were also great. Would def recommend if you’re looking for something spacious and affordable this is your best option.
