DEMan fühlt sich hier vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Besonders positiv sind die tolle Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine sowie einem großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und komfortable Unterkunft!
Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft bereits sehr warm (ca. 25 °C) und es gibt keine Möglichkeit zur aktiven Kühlung. In kühleren Monaten kann man durch Fenster öffnen etwas abkühlen, im Sommer weiß ich ehrlich gesagt nicht, wie man das lösen soll 🙂. Zudem funktionierte das Licht am Badezimmerspiegel nicht. Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist für größere bzw. längere Autos sehr eng, auch wenn die Parkplätze selbst angenehm breit sind.
BGBGIt’s a lovely complex. Very convenient service everything was automated - checking in/checking out. Very good communication and quick responses from the company. We stayed in 3 flats and they were all nice, modern & clean. The complex is in a quiet residential area with a lot of greenery around, 15 min walk to the Chain Bridge and Castle hill.
I wish the bathrooms were bigger. If you are a big person - you’ll most likely struggle in the cabin as it wasn’t very spacious.
NLDEDie Unterkunft ist super modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Ich finde es auch super dass man einen privaten Parkplatz bekommt.
Leider war auf den Schlafsofa ein Fleck, deshalb hat unsere dritte Person nur auf dem Sofa übernachten können. Wir sind ausversehen in die falsche Parkhaus gefahren, das war anfangs etwas verwirrend. Aber das Team von Immocoto hat uns sehr schnell geholfen!

DKPæn og flot lejlighed i et meget roligt kvarter. Ligger lige overfor Budaslottet, så det er en fantastisk udsigt når man står ude på vejen
Hvis man er turist og der godt må sket lidt, så man er tæt på masser af caféer, restauranter og butikker , bor man lidt langt væk. Hvis man er til to og fred er det perfekt.
