Staycation at Acqua Residences, Iguazu Tower

Do not Stay!!!! Worse I’ve had. Place infested with cockroaches like sooooo many everywhere bathroom, room , and most in the kitchen touching everything. I was afraid to eat there. Was like this upon arrival. The bathroom itself was super dirty, hairs everywhere, water only goes mildly warm. Bathroom drains don’t work. It’s a really nice area but the host doesn’t seem to want to keep up with it. Worse part is the host promised to refund me multiple times and it’s written and still has not refunded. So she apologized and awknowledged the problem and promised to refund cause I had to leave, I’m not going to pay 4000 pesos a night to sleep with roaches and have a dirty smelly bathroom. My friend stayed there before and same issues with cleanliness just less roaches. Atleast refund my money and I won’t write a review. But the nerve to give someone a place like this and not refund when I didn’t even end up staying and it was promised is beyond unbelievable. I’ve never written a review before , much less a bad one, you’d figure telling host directly and them admitting it is enough. But now I have to make more calls and dispute charges and all those hoops. Like did your parents raise you to treat people like that and lie cheat and deceive and then on top of that make them take time out of their busy schedule to fix the things the host promised to do. No one would be ok with that, I just hope the host doesn’t make excuses for her behavior and play the victim when she’s one victimizing people . Worse experience ever, do not book. I can share more if you want, it’s even worse than described here. There’s no response or excuse that can justify this

We arrive in the place , they let us in but the room was used by other costumer and was not yet clean we waited for a person to clean because ahe is not yet in the place.

Safe and secure with keyless entry. Tastefully designed unit with a fully equipped kitchen. Unit on the high floor with cozy outdoor furniture. Host is responsive and attentive.

there are a few roaches and ants on the kitchen and cabinet, leak on the a/c causes damp floor, thought that can be managed.
