ROLa Payana House offers a good location, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and activities like snorkeling. Yusa, a staff member, truly exceeded expectations by arriving early at 6 AM to prepare breakfast before my snorkeling trip. He also offered to drive me to the diving center and harbor when I left. His kindness truly made me feel welcome, comfortable, and safe throughout my visit.
LTThis was our safe haven in Nusa Penida. Clean, private, comfortable and esthetic. After scootering around the island we very much enjoyed afternoons in the pool and terrace, probably more than any beachclub. Yusa was very kind butler, he was there every time we needed something, kindly advised and offered help.
Very minor - some items like beer bottle opener, tea spoons, cutlery or a plate were missing the the room. Would makes sense to have these if you offer bottled beer in the fridge or self-prepared coffee and tea.

ITEverything was perfect. Kadek and his colleagues were very welcoming and supportive on everyone of our requests. The room is beautiful, breakfast delicious, and it’s a quiet place in which you can relax and sleep comfortably.
LBEffortless beauty — bright and beautifully styled (inside out) with an all-white look, accentuated by cacti, white pebbles, and that distinct Indonesian touch. The private patio seating was perfect and very private. Service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Putrah — his service was incredibly helpful, always available with great local recommendations, and even provided rides on his motorbike (grab doesn’t operate on the island). I can’t thank him enough for making my stay so smooth and memorable. Highly recommend asking for Putrah if you're staying here—he’s the best!

GBThis is a beautiful little aesthetic safe haven in a nice location of Nusa Penida. The staff were so lovely, the room was exceptionally clean and as per the photos. The pool was perfect, shower was excellent, can’t complain about anything! Would LOVE to return here.
Nothing. A small suggestion; a small hand towel would be greatly appreciated in the bathroom.

SIThe stay was lovely and clean. It had everything we needed. The location is a 5 min walk from the harbour which is great because you don’t need to get a taxi. And then you can rent a scooter directly at the property. The staff was super nice, they even gave us recommendations about places to see and good restaurants to eat.
Nothing. Maybe that the pipes smelled from the bathroom when we first got there but they have ventilation so the smell went away later.
