The house was clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood also felt clean and quiet. It’s a small home but comfortable for a short stay, with two bedrooms and the basics you need. The location is convenient if you plan to visit Progreso. Aabout 40 minutes by car, and it’s also roughly the same drive time to downtown Mérida.

The property is on the edge of the city, almost in the suburbs, so you’ll likely need a car or be prepared for longer rides to most places. Also, with only one bathroom, it can feel a bit limited if you’re traveling with a larger group.
