So far this was the worst ever experience. it's not even a hotel but private rooms rental in a building managed by someone through whatsapp. There is no check-in or hotel reception. My parents had an extremely pathetic experience— foul smell, dirty room, extreme disconnect from what was shown in the pics. Labour stuff( for example screw drivers) was in the room. The toilet flush was broken. There was this strong store room whiff. I did complain upon check-in but the labour staff was poorly clad and didn't understand much, I didn't say anything to him but complained on the WhatsApp to the management guy. He did realize the horrendous experience and tried to accomodate by offerjng an adjustment for 1.5k PKR or shifting to another location/building — a while later. I refused it given the tight schedule. If you are with family or need a good experience, avoid this place.

The room and washroom were clean. We had a mini fridge, iron, good lcd netflix youtube etc. we also had a kettle to make tea,coffee. The air conditioner was good as well.

There was some kind of smell in the bedroom. We tried to open the doors and windows but even when we came back after many hours the smell was there. It was only in the bedroom not in the lounge or washroom. We found that very odd. The staff was non existent. We had self check in. We needed extra sheets but there was no one to tell. We went there for the pool the host told us different charges for the pool and the pool management told us different charges. We were asked to pay more than double what the host told us. That was very odd since the host seems like he rent's the apartment frequently and he didn't know the pool charges.

Positives - Convenient location right by the exit of Islamabad Expressway - Reliable hot water supply - Air conditioning worked without interruption

Negatives - I had booked a one-bedroom apartment but was given a studio, which was about half the size. - The host did not inform me in advance about the change, nor did they adjust the charges voluntarily. A partial refund was only offered after I raised the issue, and it was presented as a “favor,” which felt unprofessional. - No free on-site parking: basement parking is paid, while street parking is free but comes with no responsibility from the building guard. - Cleanliness needs improvement — the kitchen sink had leftover food, and trash bins were not emptied. Overall Impression While the location and basic utilities were satisfactory, the lack of transparency, limited parking options, and cleanliness issues made the stay disappointing.
