La Piazzetta in centro

The host is so kind, since the 1st moment he allowed us to keep our luggages in his shop before the check in (the shop is very close to the apartment). And later he let us check in two hours before the decided time! He helped us getting information about the Cinque Terre and the city. The apartment is so clean and cosy, it has everything and more, decorated and comfortable, including coffee machine with capsulas of espresso. The host accompanied us to the place, helped us carrying my mom's bag, explained everything for us about the apartment. And in the last day he let us keep the luggages in his shop as well. I'm sure that this is the best apartment in La Spezia! Strongly recommended. The price is so good, and the location as well!

Location was perfect for enjoying all of LaSpezia. About a 15 min (little less) to train station but an easy comfortable walk. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to the water and other areas too.

Parking nearby expensive and difficult to find

Location is perfect, apartment is cozy and clean. Pretty big and comfortable for a company.
