Great place to stay and relax. The staff make the place very welcoming. Everything is within walking distance, and a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Rooms are in great shape and very comfortable!
It was a very clean beautiful new hotel. Very limited staff and confusing check in and out process. Again all staff was super friendly warm and welcoming. Enjoyed every interaction I had and they certainly have a bright future ahead of them. I believe they had just opened a couple months ago and had not been fully staffed and accommodating. I would go back in the future but maybe instead of 6 nights just do a weekend

I would call this hotel tulum in santruce. We stayed for two days one night, the service was 10/10. Def get drinks from the hotel bar some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while. Bed was comfortable loved the outdoor patio furniture that encouraged lounging. Would def stay here again. We stayed during the week and there was plenty of street parking and our car was safe. Great location the beach is a 3 min walk from the hotel was my favorite beach we visited during our stay. Go to pinky’s for breakfast!
This property was beautiful. The staff was very nice. Only problem is the light were off for about 5 hours at the hotel. The whole street was blacked out. The staff treated us with cold water and tap lights. I would stay here again I would just prepare better just in case the power go out :)
We had a wonderful time at the weekender it was amazing the sound and music set the tone for the whole experience I really enjoyed myself and I would definitely book again !
