Luxurious caravan in Lyons Holiday Park Rhyl

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The caravan was very clean and smelled great when we entered. It was equipped with everything. We would like to thank the owners for allowing us to use the caravan.

The caravan was lovely very well set out.

The caravan could do with a microwave to heat meals as park food isn’t the best and not worth the visit, beds could do with better mattresses or toppers. Hosts could do with informing guests before there stay that if you would like to use the facilities at the park when you buy passes you have to book at the reception or if swimming go to swimming pool reception. Also noting that there are limited spaces with facilities we was unable to use the pool our whole stay. When contacting hosts they assured you could use the app but this is not the case for private guests. You are made aware of check out rules throughout ur visit which i felt was a bit much been as so we had a day left and there is notices in the van explaining this. Also they asked for feedback only on the van not the park or facilities which indicated to me that they know things are limited but didn’t make this known at time of booking when i contacted asking regarding the passes, making aware that i wanted to use the pool and activities. i will not return to the park neither would i book a private caravan on a holiday park if i want to be able to use facilities like all other guests booking in advance with this park is clearly needed to limited spaces.

The caravan is well stocked and clean. It's in a great position and the little extras were appreciated.

The pull out bed isn't massively comfortable and a side table for coffee/wine would have been useful.
