This place is a scam. The owner happened to be out of town when we made the booking. He still took the non-refundable booking but then called to give us a new address twice, citing plumbing issues. He sent us to another flat, which was nothing like the photos, but was in a seedy area far away from the centre, had barely any windows and a foul mouldy smell. Definitely had no terrace. We then had to chase the owner for him to give us a partial refund.
