Gorgeous architecture, clean, comfortable, quiet, homey.

A bit more information on arrival would have been useful (timing to order dinner, timing of breakfast, what to do around the estate, etc.).

"Lovely surroundings, lovely staff but service can be improved"

Location excellent, wonderful setting with swimming pools and very friendly staff

Service of the appartement was zero during my stay, also no beds at swimming pool. Ideas as to what to do were highly dependent upon the knowledge of the the individual at hand. E.g. rental of a bicycle proved an insurmountable problem with possibilities that later became apparent. Booking of a guide to explore nature were left with the guest.

No welcome, no human, key lied on the table..place too big and alot places not well maintain. Algae all over the stairs, the whole facilities looks gainted...Breakfast looks good but coffee is horrible. The uht milk dutch lady just openly serve there with the pipe attached. So unhygienic
