The location was amazing! The view of and access to Lake Rotorua was perfect. So lucky to have come across this home. The whole property was homely with a beautiful wairua. We loved everything about this home and will book every time we visit whānau in Rotorua. There is nothing the hosts haven’t thought of, everything is provided to ensure your stay is relaxing, and perfect in every way. Highly recommend Hannah’s Bay Lakefront 😊

Great location. This is really what you are paying for. Unfortunately it was a little chilly to take full advantage of this. Main bedroom with ensuite. Reasonably spacious accommodation.

Beds in twin bedroom not really suitable for adults probably ok for children. One of our party slept on the couch in the living room as they found it more comfortable.

"Lovely and comfortable, homely and had everything we needed."

Location was perfect for the sports event we were attending. The Lake was lovely to wake up to and walk along.
