Dirty rooms, broken handles, no lights, cramped room with absolutely no sunlight (small window and u can't open as there is pigeon shit everywhere), No drinking water, no cold water in wash basins, TV doesn't work, blood stained bedsheet, water in taps is slow as possible, no kettle for hot water, AC remote doesn't work, nosiy AC and you can't sleep. No housekeeping and managers are really not bothered. Asked them to get my room cleaned and gave key but they never bothered. Pathetic service Overall this is an OYO neglected property.
