We liked the proximity to city, and exit routes, too. Well equipped kitchen, very clean., Great to have 2 toilets, too! Lots of hot water and a great shower. Very comfortable beds.

Would have appreciated wine glasses. Garage was a bit tricky as we had a Nissan X trail that was hard to get in and out, so left it on the street.. Unfortunately there was a strong odour of cat pee around the back deck that wafted up to the bedroom.

Proximity to major roads and central Christchurch

A neighbour blocked the common driveway for a time. Our daughter who was visiting us helped them solve the problem with their car. It affected 3 households for a time.

The worst Stay in 20 years experience

The property was full pet hairs, even in the cutlery,towels,beds , just were not and even the second bedroom dint had heaters.

Lovely & cosy apartment, good value for money. We didn’t have our dogs but really liked how it was pet friendly.

No smart TV & the microwave is dangerously high up.
