IEGreat stay if you are travelling to Labuan Bajo for day trip to Komodo etc. Very close to the airport which our host arranged transfers to for us. It is a bit out of town in a local neighbourhood Homestay but a very nice walk into the Main Street/harbour area or a €1 Grab in a few minutes. Our room was spotless and had good AC. The bathroom was shared. Breakfast was lovely and we could make tea and coffee whenever also. Lovely family very helpful, would recommend Pendik - great value for money
ITPer il prezzo che si paga la struttura va benissimo. La privacy è garantita e la posizione è abbastanza buona. Pendik è accogliente e si rende disponibile ad accompagnare i turisti in macchina (pagando lo stesso prezzo dei taxi lovali). L'aria condizionata funziona bene e il letto è comodo, abbiamo dormito bene.
La pulizia non è proprio eccellente, la stanza e il bagno erano puliti ma i bicchieri erano spesso un pò sporchi. Abbiamo prenotato con colazione inclusa, tuttavia non abbiamo avuto modo di usufruire perchè non era pronta per tempo. Consiglio quindi di alzarvi 15 minuti prima del previsto per richiederla per tempo.

Homestay un peu isolé de tout, derrière l'aeroport. il faut un moyen de locomotion ou faire commander un taxi. Par contre, pour ceux qui doivent prendre un bus pour Ruteng ou Bajawa , une agence de bus peut vendre des tickets à moins de 300 mètres au bout de la ruelle... Dans la sale de bains, l'eau chaude est par convection naturelle...( le soleil)

So many mosquitoes in the room and very weak AC. Didn’t feel very clean. Only one small shared toilet/shower cubicle between everyone. Felt one step down from a homestay (common area is a living room with mattress on the floor outside our room) like we were sleeping inside someone’s home. Location is also in the middle of nowhere.
ESThe place is basic but we felt comfortable. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast was simple, but not bad. In the kitchen you can always find drinking water, tea or coffee for free.
The facilities are old, but overall we found it quite comfortable. The location really depends on what you’re looking for — it’s far from the touristy area, which can be a plus, but for us it felt a bit too far away.
